هو اتحاد مرخص في انكلترا برقم 13092457 ,موضوعه البحث في قضايا التعليم العالي في العالم العربي والعالم, والتعاون بين الأكاديميين وبين المؤسسات التعليمية والجامعية على كافة المستويات وعلى اختلاف الفروع والمراحل لنشر الثقافة والتعليم لاسيما التعليم العالي, التواصل مع الكليات والمعاهد الجامعية ومركز الدراسات والأبحاث والاستشارات والترجمة واللغات, وإنشاء مجلة علمية خاضعة للمعايير الأكاديمية وما يتفرع منها من نشاطات وخدمات تدريبية وتثقيفية للأكاديميين وتسويقها لنشر المعرفة, إلى جانب تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات والمحاضرات العلمية والتوجيهية التربوية.

Dr. Idris is a clinical psychologist, energy therapist, hypnotherapist, expert in self-development and family counseling, assuming the position of President of the Moroccan Center for Psychological Support and Social Accompaniment, the founding president of the Mirai group of schools for private school education, and a founding member of the IPDO group of institutes. For paramedical training. It is noteworthy that Dr. Idris is an important member of the International Federation of Academics, and is also affiliated with the World Federation of Journalists and Media Professionals, in addition to being the lifeguard ambassador at the Academy of Global Development Ambassadors in Britain, and Vice President of the National Office of the “Amneer” Association in charge of communication and external relations. As for the previous positions that he held and occupied, it is mentioned that Dr. Idris is the former founding president of the “Al Waseet” center for initial education and continuing training, the former president and founder of the Higher Center for Training and Consultations, the former chairman of the “new center” for vocational and continuing training, and the former president of the Association "Mirai" for self-development and psychological counseling, the former director of the national educational newspaper "Al-Taleb", and the former founding member of the "Oasis" Association for Taekwondo and Martial Arts of the Draa-Tafilalet League... As for the certificates obtained during his busy career, Dr. Idris holds a doctorate in clinical psychopathology, a professional doctorate in bioenergy and self-healing sciences, a higher certificate in therapeutic hypnosis, a higher certificate in self-hypnosis, and a diploma in preparing a "cognitive-behavioral therapist" Diploma in cognitive-behavioral therapy for “anxiety disorder”, diploma in cognitive-behavioral therapy for “primary depression” disorder, diploma in cognitive-behavioral therapy for “obsessive-compulsive disorder”, and diploma in dialectical behavioral therapy for “transformational and dissociative hysteria” disorders, all of which are accredited diplomas from the Arab Institute of Mental Health in Cairo In addition to the certificates of human resources manager and quality manager approved by the Arab Union for Human Resources Development in partnership with the Union of Arab Investors and the Institute of African Research and Studies at Cairo University. He also received several certificates of appreciation from several public and private educational institutions, inside and outside the country, the latest of which are the honorary "PhD" and "Professional" degrees in clinical psychopathology, human development sciences and self-development, which he obtained from the British "Diana Intel" University. He completed academic scientific research, published several articles in Arabic and French, translated philosophical and psychological texts from French into Arabic, attended many educational forums and framed several training courses in the fields of mental health, social accompaniment, self-development, family guidance and educational rehabilitation.
Dr. Noureddine Sidi Ali François
Mr. Noureddine Aali, Francois of Mauritania, works Chairman of the National Fish Distribution Company. He also works in the field of pharmacy and is the owner of a pharmacy (Concorde). He holds a high technical degree in pharmacy and a Bachelor of Arts, Department of History and Geography, and continued his scientific career and obtained a master's degree in the field of political science. He holds a general university studies certificate in the field of human resources. that d. Noureddine is one of the active members of the International Federation of Academics.
